Day 1: Cycle tour Borensberg – Ljungsbro (Bergs Slussar) – 20 km
Embark on an unforgettable journey bike ride along the Göta Canal and experience one of Sweden's most historic and scenic routes. Start in charming Borensberg, where you collect the bikes at The coffee shop and head out on the car-free towpaths. Follow the edge of the canal and discover historic sites where oxen once pulled boats through the canal. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake Roxen and the impressive one Berg's Locks with its 7 locks. Upon arrival to Ljungsbro you check in at Ljungsbro Hostel, only 3 km from Berg's locks. Relax in the hostel's relaxation area with Jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool. End the day with a good dinner at Bergs Slussar and experience the unique atmosphere.

Day 2: Boat cruise Bergs Slussar – Borensberg – Approx. 3,5 hours
After a hearty breakfast, cycle back to Bergs Slussar and hop aboard the elegant M/S Wasa Lejon at 10.00. Leave the bikes at the tourist information and experience one of Göta Kanal's most beautiful stretches. The 3,5-hour boat cruise takes you between Bergs Slussar and Borensberg, where you can see the impressive lock stairs and the well-preserved countryside from the 1700th and 1800th centuries. During the tour, the boat glides through stately avenues and passes Östergötland's only hand-operated lock. Enjoy a good lunch on board while the boat glides along at 5 knots. The cruise ends in Borensberg approx. 13.30:XNUMX p.m. Here you can also explore the Göta Canal's capital, Motala, to further immerse yourself in the canal's history and culture.
